Tofu Salad
Ingredients:
Dressing:
1/2 cup | oil (sesame + vegetable) |
1/4 cup | shoyu |
3 cloves | garlic |
Salad:
1 bunch | watercress, blanched |
1 block | tofu, drained and cubed |
2 - 3 | tomatoes, diced |
1 | onion, thinly sliced |
1 - 2 cans | salmon |
Optional:
To taste | bean sprouts |
To taste | green onion |
To taste | toasted sesame seeds |
Instructions:
Dressing:
- Warm oil, add garlic and brown
- Add sliced onions
- When cooled, add shoyu
Salad:
- Layer tofu, watercress, salmon and tomatoes
- Pour dressing on top of layered vegetables
- Chill in the refrigerator before serving
