Strawberry Crinkle Cookies

Together with my sisters and my mom, we would make crinkle cookies on Christmas or on special occasions. It’s also one of our favorite desserts.

Ingredients:

2eggs
1/3 cupoil
1/3 cuppowdered sugar
1 boxstrawberry cake mix

Instructions:

  1. Mix eggs, oil and cake in a large bowl
  2. Refrigerate dough for 4 hours
  3. Roll tablespoon sized balls of dough in powdered sugar and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet
  4. Bake for 12 minutes at 375 degrees
  5. Enjoy!
