Spicy Ahi Poke
          
              I’m Trey Nakamura and I’m 12 years old. I was always curious about what my parents were cooking in the kitchen, and I wanted to learn. Now, I like to experiment in the kitchen and try to make things better.
Ingredients:
| 1 lb | ahi filet cut into ½ inch cubes | 
| 1 tsp | alae or rock salt | 
| ⅓ cup | mayonnaise (Kewpie or Best Foods) | 
| 2 tbsp | tobiko | 
| 1 tsp | sesame oil | 
| ¼ cup | green onions - thinly sliced | 
| To taste | sriracha | 
Instructions:
- Chill all ingredients – except for salt and sesame oil
 - Place cubed Ahi in a colander to drain liquid
 - Pat Ahi cubes with a paper towel if needed
 - Mix all ingredients listed in the order above
 - Add sriracha to the level of spiciness you want
 - Enjoy!
