Sashimi Salad
Ingredients:
1/2 lb | sashimi |
1 package | radish sprouts -- kaiware |
Kewpie mayo | |
ponzu | |
fish eggs -- massago, tobiko, or ikura | |
1/2 | sweet onion |
sesame oil |
Instructions:
- Thinly slice ½ sweet onion and arrange it on a plate
- Cut ½ pound of sashimi and place it on the plate. You can sear the fish first to add extra texture.
- Sprinkle fish eggs over the fish
- Cut off the roots of the radish sprouts and arrange it over the sashimi
- Sprinkle ponzu, kewpie mayo, and sesame oil over the salad to taste
