Pot Roast

Ingredients:
2-3 lbs | pot roast |
2 packets | Lipton Onion soup mix |
2 cans | cream of cream of mushroom soup |
1 lb | carrots, peeled and cut, or use baby carrots |
2 lbs | potatoes, peeled and cut in quarters, or halves or, use baby potatoes |
1/2 stalk | celery, cut in pieces |
2 | onions, cut in quarters |
Instructions:
- Place pot roast at the bottom of the slow cooker
- Add cream of mushroom soup and sprinkle Lipton Onion soup mix
- Place all vegetables on top
- Cover with foil and cook at 325 degrees for 6 - 7 hours. You can also cook in the oven if you don’t have a slow cooker.
