This dish is special to me because I learned it from my mom, and it is a fond memory of growing up. It is a comfort food from my childhood that I now make for my family. It is an easy "set it and forget it" kind of meal for our busy lives. This meal is a family favorite and so easy to make. Hope your family enjoys it as much as ours does!
