Pork Tinono Grill
Ingredients:
| 5 lbs | pork, cut into cubes |
| 1 tsp | garlic salt |
| 1 tsp | Lawry's salt |
| 1 cup | calamansi juice |
| onion and tomato for garnish |
Instructions:
- Cut pork into cubes
- Marinate pork with garlic salt, Lawry’s salt and calamansi juice
- Use skewer for the pork cubes
- Grill pork skewers – turning every 3 minutes
- Check that pork is done -- there should not be running blood
- Garnish with sliced onions and tomatoes
