Pork and Watercress

This is probably one of the simplest dinner recipes you will find! All you need is pork, shoyu, oil, and fresh watercress. Simple enough? If yes, then you're ready for a delicious meal – best served with poi or rice.
Ingredients:
1 lb | pork, thinly sliced |
1 bunch | watercress, cut in 2 to 3 inch pieces |
¼ cup | canola or vegetable oil |
1 cup | shoyu |
Instructions:
- Coat the bottom of the pot with oil and cook pork over medium heat, stirring constantly
- Add in shoyu and bring to a simmer
- Add watercress, cover, and simmer until watercress is soft
