Korean Beef Bowl
Ingredients:
1/4 cup | brown sugar |
1/4 cup | soy sauce |
2 tsp | sesame oil |
1 tsp | red pepper flakes |
1/4 tsp | ground ginger |
vegetable oil to brown beef | |
1 lb | ground beef |
1 stalk | green onion, thinly sliced |
2 cups | white rice |
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and ground ginger
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat, and add ground beef. Stir constantly until browned. Drain oil.
- Pour mixture, including green onions over the ground beef mixture. Stir until combined. Do not overcook.
- Serve immediately over hot rice
