Jalapeño Poppers
Ingredients:
5 | large jalapeños |
8 oz | cream cheese |
1 pack, 10 count | bacon |
Instructions:
- Set cream cheese aside to soften
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Use gloves to cut the top end of the jalapeño. Then cut the jalapeño in half -- lengthwise -- and use a small spoon to gently scrape the seeds out.
- Using a small spoon or your fingers, fill each half of the jalapeño with cream cheese.
- Wrap one whole slice of bacon around the cream cheese filled jalapeño
- Bake in the oven for 35-45 minutes or until the bacon is to your liking
