Ice Cake
Ingredients:
1 can | 12 fl. oz. evaporated milk |
1-1/2 cup | water |
1-1/2 cup | syrup -- lilikoi, strawberry, or vanilla |
Instructions:
- Combine the evaporated milk, water and syrup together. Mix well.
- Pour desired amount into 4 oz. paper cups and freeze for 3 hours -- up to 2 weeks.
- Optional: briefly run the cups upside down under warm water to loosen the ice cake, then flip back over into the cup, bottom up.
- Serve with a spoon -- a small wooden spoon, if available
Yields 10-12 servings
