Chicken Curry Broccoli
Ingredients:
4 cups | frozen thawed broccoli |
6 pieces | chicken thighs, browned and cubed |
1 can | cream of mushroom soup |
1/3 cup | milk |
1/2 cup | cheese, grated |
1 tbsp | butter |
To taste | curry powder |
1 pkg | panko |
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Place browned chicken cubes in a 11" x 8" x 2" baking pan
- Place broccoli on top of the chicken
- Stir cream of mushroom soup, milk, and curry powder in a small bowl
- Pour the soup mixture on top of the broccoli and chicken
- Sprinkle with cheese
- Stir the panko and butter in a small bowl
- Sprinkle panko mixture over the cheese
- Bake 20 minutes until panko topping is golden brown
