Cheesy Potatoes

My family likes to make a hot potato salad that often has seafood. Since I'm allergic to shellfish this Cheesy Potatoes is my go-to recipe.


Ingredients:

2 bagshash browns
1 cupsour cream
1 cupcottage cheese
2 canscream of mushroom soup
1/2 cupbutter
1onion, chopped
2 cupscheddar cheese
parmesan cheese, optional

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients except parmesan
  2. Spread into a lightly greased pan
  3. Sprinkle with parmesan
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-½ hours
