Almond Roca Crackers
Ingredients:
1/2 box | Diamond Bakery graham crackers -- broken into single squares |
1 block | butter |
1/4 cup | sugar |
Almonds, chopped |
Instructions:
- Cover a cookie sheet with foil and place crackers side by side in center
- Melt butter and sugar in small pot until it bubbles and slightly thickens
- Pour mixture on the crackers and spread evenly, covering all crackers
- Sprinkle chopped almonds
- Bake at 325 degrees for about 15 minutes, until mixture becomes smooth and starts to brown
- Place crackers on a cooling rack until cool and place in an airtight container
